Parham Peiroo

Parham acts for entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, angel investors, venture capital firms, private debt funds (senior, subordinated, and convertible debt), and private equity firms. Parham’s practice is both transactional and advisory.

Parham has acted as lead counsel on over 50 angel, venture capital, secured lending, and M&A transactions for various companies and funds with deal values up to $635 million. Parham has also acted extensively for entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies on corporate and commercial matters, including company formation, corporate governance, shareholders’ and founders’ agreements, capital raising, protection and commercialization of intellectual property, service agreements, terms of use, stock option plans, and employee and independent contractor matters.

Parham leverages his entrepreneurial experiences, passion for the start-up ecosystem and corporate transactions to provide tailored advice to clients in connection with growing emerging companies and structuring and negotiating corporate finance and M&A transactions.
