Brian Fixter

Brian is a business lawyer whose practice principally focuses on business dispute resolution. Brian routinely assists clients with contractual disputes, statutory and regulatory interpretation, shareholder’s rights, privacy law, and creditors’ remedies. Brian has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia.

In addition to his practice, Brian also instructs a variety of law post-secondary courses at Vancouver Island University and Douglas College. Brian is active in politics and in 2013 sought the BC Liberal nomination in Vancouver-False Creek.

Prior to joining Zargar lawyers, Brian practiced commercial litigation in the Vancouver office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP.
